INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
 11 g Yuva Instant Yeast
 550 g flour
 510 g water
 2 potatoes
For the syrup:
 525 g sugar
 510 g water
 Sunflower oil, for frying
PREPARATION

Peel and grate the potatoes.

Add water and boil until cooked, then set aside to cool.

Mix the yeast, potatoes, and flour.

Let it rest in a warm place until the dough rises (at least half an hour).

For the syrup, mix the sugar and water and bring to the boil. Set aside to cool.

Half fill the frying pan with the oil, and once the it is hot, add hazelnut-sized pieces of dough.

Once cooked, place the lokma into the cooled syrup. Leave to rest for a short time and then serve.
