Milk bread is an incredibly soft, fluffy, light white bread made with milk that's perfect for toast, sandwiches, or simply enjoying by itself.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Knead the dough until you get a homogeneous dough.
Cover the dough with a clean towel and rest for 30 minutes in a room temperature.
Split the dough into 20-25 pieces with your hands and roll.
Cover the pieces dough with a clean towel and let rest for 15 minutes in a cold place (fridge etc.)
Give the dough in the shape you want and let the dough rest for an hour at room temperature.
Bake the dough preheated oven at 180° C for 10 to 12 minutes.
