Rose dessert

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
 600g flour
 11g Yuva Instant Yeast
 60g oil
 200g orange soda
 3 eggs
 Zest and juice of an orange
For the syrup:
 680 g water
 700g sugar
 1-2 drops of lemon juice
PREPARATION

Heat the water and sugar over low heat, then add the lemon juice.

Set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, soda, half the oil, orange juice, orange zest and eggs.

Knead until smooth and as soft as your earlobe. Divide into four pieces.

Use the rest of the oil to coat each piece and roll out with a rolling pin.

Cut a thin strip from the edge and roll into a cylinder.

Repeat the process until you run out of dough.

Place on an oiled tray.

Leave at room temperature for 30-40 minutes.

Bake at 150-160 C for 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven.

After removing it from the oven, pour the cold syrup over the dessert.

Cool and then serve.
