These Soccer Ball Rolls are a must-serve for your next game gathering.

1st Step
 11 g Yuva Yeast (11g)
 2 cups Water (300ml)
 3 cups Flour (300g)
2nd Step
 6 cups Flour (700g)
 2 cups Water (300ml)
 2 tbsp Butter (30g)
 ½ tbsp salt (13)

To prepare the first part of dough, mix flour, water and Saf-instant yeast in a large bowl

After mixing the dough, cover the bowl with a kitchen towel, leave to rest for 30 minutes at room conditions.

Put the dough obtained together with the other ingredient (2nd step) in a large bowl

Knead dough until it becomes smooth and leave it to rest for another 15 minutes

Divide the dough into 12 pieces and roll

Cut the dough surfaces with a knife to give soccer ball shape as in the below pictures.

Place the dough pieces on tray covered by baking sheet.

Monitor the dough until the size of the pieces has doubled. Bake them for 15 to 20 minutes in preheated oven to 180°C-220°C.
