The brioche is golden, soft and pillowy. This delicious French pastry bread is used for everything from gourmet hamburger buns to the most luxurious French toast.

For the dough:

Mix the flour, salt, sugar, oil, and eggs in a bowl.

Beat the milk with the yeast and add to the mixture.

Use a spatula to mix until thoroughly combined, then knead and roll out with a rolling pin.

Roll the dough into a ball, return it to the bowl and cover with a cloth.

Leave the dough to rest in a warm place for 90 minutes.

Divide the dough into three equal pieces and leave them, covered, to rest for 10 minutes.

Form into three cylindrical rolls and place them on top of a sheet of baking paper. Cover and leave to rest for two hours.

Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180 C for 30 minutes.
