1. Heat the whole milk lightly. Add sugar and yeast, mix and leave for 5 minutes to rest.
2. Sift the flour and add 2,5 cup of flour half of it to the mixture and mix until it looks like sour cream.
3. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave a rest for an hour.
4. Add one egg and the other half of the flour into the mixture and mix the dough.It should not be too sticky and rather mild. If the dough sticks to your hands, add a little more flour to it.Then add butter slowly into the mixture and knead the dough until you obtain homogeneity.
5. Add oil in the mixture and knead again.
6. Make a ball out of the dough and put it back in the bowl and leave to rest for 60 minutes at room conditions.
7. Divide the dough into 16 or 18 pieces.
8. Put doughs on a baking sheet and cover them with a towel and leave for 15 minutes to rest.
9. In a bowl, put the cottage cheese and vanilla sugar in it and mix with a fork.
10. Place fillings in each dough

12. Bake the dough at preheated oven at 180° C for 20 minutes.
