1- Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk you will use in the dough and let it sit for 10 minutes.
2- Mix and work the flour, yeast, milk, sugar, egg, butter chunks. Keep working until you get a homogeneous dough with shiny and non-sticky surface.
3- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Place it in a greased and floured tart mold and make several holes with a fork and let it rest for 30 minutes.
4- Beat 2 egg yolks and 1/2 cup of sugar until it turns into white bubbles. Add in the flour and turn the mixture into a cream by adding 1 egg.
5- Boil the milk, vanillin and salt and add it into the cream as you stir. Boil it on medium heat. Add in 4 bananas previously mashed.
6- Slice the remaining bananas. Cook the butter and remaining sugar in a pan until it turns into caramel.
7- Pour the cream you have prepared, over the dough. Place the caramel-banana slices over the cream.
8- Whisk 4 egg whites and icing sugar and spread it on the tart using a spatula.
9- Bake it in a oven preheated at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
