1- Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk and let it sit for 10 minutes.
2- Mix the flour, thawed yeast, butter chunks, sugar, egg yolk, vanillin and salt. Work until you get a homogeneous dough with shiny and non-sticky surface.
3- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Place it in the greased and floured tart pan and make several holes with a fork.
4- For the garnish, boil the milk. Add butter, sugar, vanillin and semolina, mix and cook it for another 5 minutes, then let it cool. (You can add a small amount of fruit juice to the semolina). Add the beaten eggs and mix.
5- Pour the garnish over the tart dough. Peel and slice the fruits of your choice and place them on top. If the fruits you use are not very sweet, you can sprinkle sugar on them.
6- Bake it in a oven preheated at 200 °C for about 20 minutes, and let it cool.
