Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water you will use in the dough and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Mix and work the flour, thawed yeast, salt, egg, sugar and bran. Put the margarine in between the dough and keep working
Add the coarsely chopped walnuts and continue to work until you get a homogeneous and smooth dough. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Cut the dough into 10 equal pieces and place them on a greased baking tray.
Cover and raise it at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
Rub the beaten egg on it.
Bake it in an oven preheated at 190-200 °C for about 20 minutes until pink.
